**Your Role**
As a B2C Appointment Setter, you’ll work with warm, inbound leads to qualify and nurture relationships. You’ll use our integrated CRM system to manage your pipeline and ensure a professional, streamlined sales process. You'll report daily on key metrics like booking rate, while continuously refining your techniques through training.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Autonomous and self-driven, capable of managing your own sales process
- Comfortable working in USA time zones to ensure alignment with our target market
- Resilient under pressure and thrives in a high-performance environment
