The Sales Operation Specialist Team Lead will provide operational support for
inside sales for assigned geographic region including order entry, supplier
registration, invoicing, etc. Work closely with ISS team members to ensure fast
order throughput and best first contact customer experience in the assigned
Sales territory.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

* Process incoming orders according to the standard procedure and validations.
* Coordinate with other departments and make sure that orders activated in the
CRM progress through to shipment.
* Follow up with the Finance department on down payments received and release
orders to the production team.
* Coordinate with the Production and Logistics teams regarding any relevant
information that could affect customer delivery timelines.
* Support the Sales team with supplier registration forms and supplier portal
setup.
* Support the Sales team with credit application forms, finder’s fees, proforma
invoices, and any relevant documentation related to the order entry process.
* Maintain records in the CRM according to business requirements.




* Provide guidance and support to team members on order management processes
and act as the first point of escalation for complex order-related issues.
* Monitor team workload and performance, identify process improvement
opportunities, and help ensure departmental objectives and service levels are
achieved.

REQUIREMENTS:

* College Diploma in Administration or related administrative experience
* Experience with a CRM software is a strong asset
* Have notable interest in client support and/or sales.
* Organized, responsible and resourceful.
* Demonstrated ability and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity,
decision-making, work quality, and to reduce costs.
* The successful candidate must be able to identify appropriate AI use cases
and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs.
* Energetic and cheerful personality.
* Good team spirit.
