YOUR TEAM
The OPS – Cash Services Team is a core group within Outsourced Platform Services responsible for supporting middle-office operations for client portfolios, assets, and transactions. The team plays a critical role in ensuring cash and position data is accurate and available for investment management, analytics, compliance, and regulatory activities.
YOUR ROLE AND IMPACT
As a Vice President within Cash Services, you will be a senior member of the team responsible for overseeing cash reconciliation and exception management processes that help manage operational risk for the firm. You will lead a team of professionals, drive process improvements, and partner with colleagues across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions to deliver high-quality operational outcomes. This role combines people leadership, risk oversight, stakeholder management, and operational excellence.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, coach, and develop team members through ongoing performance management, goal setting, career development, and feedback.
Contribute to workforce planning,



succession planning, and location strategy as a member of the management team.
Oversee daily cash reconciliation and exception management activities, ensuring timely identification, escalation, and resolution of breaks.
Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks while appropriately escalating service and control issues.
Maintain a strong understanding of applicable regulatory requirements and ensure adherence to established controls and procedures.
Drive operational enhancements, process optimization initiatives, and efficiency-focused improvements that strengthen controls and reduce risk.
Monitor and report key operational metrics to support productivity, efficiency, and management oversight.
Lead change initiatives, including standardization and automation efforts, and evaluate the impact of proposed improvements.
