Lead the Human Resources function for the site/business unit, acting as a strategic partner to the leadership team. Ensure the development and implementation of HR strategies, programs, and initiatives aligned with the company’s business objectives, while fostering a high-performance culture, employee engagement, and compliance with global policies and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR business partner to the site leadership team, guiding organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategies.
- Lead all core HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, training & development, and succession planning.
- Drive the implementation of global HR programs and ensure alignment with corporate policies and values.
- Partner with leaders to build and sustain a strong talent pipeline and leadership bench.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Lead initiatives to strengthen organizational culture, employee engagement, and retention.
- Oversee workforce analytics and use data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Manage and develop the HR team, building capabilities to support business growth.
- Support change management efforts for organizational transformations or process improvements.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, promoting a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, ideally in multinational/general organizations.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
