About the Role We're looking for a motivated, self-driven Sales Manager to help grow Sparq by bringing new agencies and brands onto the platform.
This is a highly autonomous, fully remote role where you'll own the sales process from prospecting through closing and help ensure a smooth onboarding experience for every new customer.
Prospect and reach out to TikTok Shop brands and agencies through email, LinkedIn, social media, and outbound sales efforts




Close new business and consistently achieve monthly sales goals
Maintain accurate pipeline management within our CRM
Collaborate directly with the founders on sales strategy and growth initiatives
2+ years of B2B SaaS, software, or agency sales experience preferred
~ Experience selling to eCommerce brands or marketing agencies is a major plus
~ Knowledge of TikTok Shop, creator marketing, or social commerce is highly preferred
~ Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
~ Fully remote position
