We are expanding our business in Mexico and are looking for motivated sales professionals to join our team.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mexico City .
The Sales Executive will be responsible for finding new customers, building strong client relationships, promoting Katchy’s cross-border payment and foreign exchange services, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Visit potential customers and build long-term relationships.




- Promote Katchy’s payment and foreign exchange solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with customers and provide excellent service.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth transactions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements
- Fluent in English (required).
- Spanish (required).
- Sales or business development experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
- Comfortable meeting customers and traveling locally.
- Experience in fintech, banking, payments, foreign exchange, or international trade is a plus.
