Role:
- Negotiate contractual terms and agreements with partners
- Develop and maintain relationships with partners
- Manage partner performance to ensure quality and timely delivery of services
- Maintain partner records
- Collaborate with other departments
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- C1 English
- Experience in partner management
- Ability to plan and complete tasks on time
- Familiarity with IT service industry and knowledge of field service processes
- Proficiency in office software
