We are looking for a relationship-focused Corporate Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our team and support the growth of our corporate gifting business across Latin America. Drive client retention through exceptional service and proactive communication
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline
Work closely with Operations, Customer Success, Partner Relations, and Marketing teams
Share customer feedback and market insights to support continuous improvement
Professional proficiency in both Spanish and English
Experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, Business Development, or similar fields
Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across time zones
