We are looking for a highly experienced lawyer with strong knowledge of U.S. law, hands-on AI implementation experience, and excellent training and client-facing skills for the position of Legal AI Implementation & Training Lawyer .

Results-driven lawyer with experience working at a U.S. law firm, preferably in real estate law, and practical experience using artificial intelligence to improve and automate legal processes. Skilled at training attorneys and legal teams on AI tools, designing legal workflows, creating prompt playbooks, and supporting technology implementation. Adept at working directly with clients, conducting live demonstrations, measuring adoption and operational impact, and ensuring compliance with U.S. legal ethics, confidentiality, and verification requirements.

The hourly rate is USD 45 to USD 55 per hour , depending on the candidate’s experience and seniority. The selected candidate will work Monday through Friday .

The role is 100% remote ,



with occasional regional travel for client workshops and implementation kickoffs.

Identify legal processes that can be improved, streamlined, or automated using AI.
Design and deliver AI workshops and monthly training sessions for attorneys and legal teams.
Create prompt playbooks, training materials, and reusable legal AI workflows.
Implement and support AI tools within law firm operations.
Conduct live demonstrations using real legal documents and processes.
Track training hours, adoption, time savings, and operational improvements.
Ensure compliance with U.S. legal ethics, confidentiality, data protection, and verification requirements.
Fluent in English, YOU MUST BE ABLE TO HAVE A FLUENT PROFESSIONAL CONVERSATION IN ENGLISH
Law degree and professional experience as a lawyer.
S. law is mandatory.
