Are you an experienced HR professional passionate about driving organizational culture, talent development, and employee engagement? We are looking for an HR Manager to join our team and act as a strategic business partner to our leadership

Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Oversee full-cycle recruitment, lead new hire inductions, and manage job descriptions and HRIS database updates (Tress system).
- Labor & Employee Relations: Enforce company policies and internal regulations, manage disciplinary protocols and contract terminations, resolve grievances, and handle immigration documentation for foreign staff.
- Compensation, Benefits & Payroll: Administer statutory and company benefits (IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, AFORE, medical, transportation), participate in salary surveys, and support payroll validation.
- Organizational Culture & Engagement: Design internal communication strategies,



lead motivational and social events, and track HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism) to drive continuous improvement.
- EHS & Quality Compliance: Collaborate on Health, Safety, & Environmental (EHS) committees and ensure adherence to Quality Systems and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar HR supervisory role (manufacturing background preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software (Tress System required).
- Advanced level of English proficiency.
- Strong leadership, excellent communication skills, high ethical standards, and proactive problem-solving.
