This role is adecuado for someone who takes ownership, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys managing TikTok Shop operations and affiliate programs. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience running TikTok Shop for one or more brands, executing campaigns, managing creators, and tracking performance metrics to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

The salary range is $1,500 USD to $2,000 USD per month, depending on experience, availability, and seniority.
Candidates from other Latin American countries may be considered.
Candidates in a time zone outside of the western hemisphere will not be considered.
The role is 100% Remote.

Responsibilities:
Manage daily TikTok Shop operations for one or more e-commerce brands.
Execute and monitor affiliate and creator campaigns, including onboarding,



outreach, and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate product listings, backend operations, and affiliate program setups.
Track and report campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize results.
Collaborate with internal marketing and client teams to align campaigns with brand objectives.
Ensure deadlines, approvals, and deliverables are met consistently.

Requirements:
~ Ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and close loops proactively.
~ Fluent in English , YOU MUST BE ABLE TO HAVE A FLUENT PROFESSIONAL CONVERSATION IN ENGLISH.
~1+ year of hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop operations , either agency- or brand-side.
~ Practical experience executing TikTok Shop campaigns, managing creators, and affiliate programs.
~ Ability to manage one or multiple brand accounts and prioritize multiple campaigns simultaneously.
