FRASLE MOBILITY - DACOMSA company in the automotive industry with a strong market presence is seeking an HR Business Partner, Organizational Development to join our team.
Location: Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City
Key Requirements:
- Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
- Design and administration of training programs
- Knowledge of STPS regulations and the Mexican Federal Labor Law related to training and development
- Preparation and administration of DC-1, DC-2, DC-3, and DC-4 training documentation
- Instructional design and development of classroom and e-learning courses
- Management of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Budget management for training and corporate events
- Planning and coordination of corporate events and related activities
- Training project management
- Team leadership and people management
- Experience working with both hourly (operational) and salaried (administrative) employees
- Development and execution of annual strategic objectives
- Experience with 9-Box Talent Review processes
- Career path and succession planning
- Operational skills matrix development and management
- Knowledge of NOM-035 compliance and workplace psychosocial risk prevention
- Coordination and support of internal and external audits
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Additional Requirements
- Availability to travel to support operations across different company sites
- Advanced English proficiency
- Must have solid experience and knowledge in the automotive, manufacturing, or metalworking sectors.
