Client Operations Coordinator
Location: Remote – Mexico
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST

About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Operations Coordinator to serve as the primary connection between our customers and internal teams. In this role, you'll act as the bridge between clients, consultants, and support specialists, ensuring requests are routed efficiently, communication remains clear, and customers receive an exceptional experience throughout their journey.
We're interested in someone who enjoys building relationships, coordinating multiple priorities, and keeping projects and customer requests moving forward

What You'll Do
Customer Success & Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Conduct proactive customer check-ins and follow-ups
Ensure customers receive timely updates and support
Help improve overall customer satisfaction and engagement

Client Coordination & Cross-Functional Partnership




Act as the bridge between customers and internal consultants, specialists, and support teams
Route customer requests to the appropriate internal resource for resolution
Coordinate communication across multiple departments to keep requests moving forward
Gather information from customers and communicate requirements clearly to internal teams
Follow up proactively to ensure customer needs are addressed and expectations are met
Advocate for customers internally while maintaining alignment with company processes and priorities

Support Coordination
Review and assign incoming customer requests to the appropriate consultant or specialist
Monitor support queues and follow up on open items
Guide customers through support processes and available resources
Ensure requests are tracked accurately and resolved efficiently
Maintain accurate records and customer notes within CRM systems
