Role: Technical Program Manager
Location: Mexico City / Guadalajara / Monterrey (Hybrid – 1–2 office visits per month)

Avanciers is hiring an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead enterprise initiatives and deliver scalable solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. This role requires strong program management skills, hands-on experience with Dataverse, PowerApps, and Power BI, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional programs, ensuring successful delivery, stakeholder alignment, and governance.
- Define program objectives, success metrics, and manage risks, dependencies, and escalations.
- Proactively identify potential issues and insights before they become incidents.
- Analyze enterprise data to identify trends, gaps, and business opportunities.
- Design and maintain scalable data models and workflows using Microsoft Dataverse.
- Develop and customize PowerApps to streamline business processes.




- Build Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable business insights.
- Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver strategic technical solutions.
- Communicate program progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership.

Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dataverse, PowerApps, and Power BI.
- Knowledge of DAX, data modeling, reporting, and dashboard development.
- Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Azure services and Dataverse integration.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira.
- Background in Business Intelligence (BI).
