We are currently looking for an experienced Calypso Project Manager / Delivery Lead to support and expand a greenfield Calypso implementation, focusing on FX Cash, FX Derivatives, and Fixed Income trading desks .
What You'll Do
As a key leader within the program, you will drive project delivery, stakeholder management, and strategic transformation initiatives while ensuring successful implementation of business and technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Establish and manage comprehensive project plans for Calypso implementation initiatives




✅ Lead full project lifecycle delivery for change and transformation programs
✅ Create, maintain, and adjust project work plans to meet evolving business needs
✅ Define and implement project governance, methodologies, and best practices
✅ Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and appropriately maintained
✅ Coordinate closely with business and technology stakeholders to drive successful outcomes
✅ Prepare and present project status reports to senior stakeholders and steering committees
✅ Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and implementation deliverables with full transparency
✅ Lead cross-functional teams toward shared objectives and successful program delivery
✅ Act as a Scrum Master when required, ensuring Agile ceremonies and methodologies are effectively followed
✅ Support business analysis activities including requirements gathering, documentation, and definition of acceptance criteria
