About the Role
We are looking for a Program Coordinator (Inside Sales Representative) to support our regional business by delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales and service adoption. This role combines customer support, inside sales, and cross-functional coordination to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer and internal stakeholder support via phone and email.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve service requests promptly.
- Promote service contracts, care packages, software solutions, and other value-added services.
- Support lead follow-up and basic sales conversion activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and process compliance.
- Maintain accurate documentation and customer records within CRM and internal systems.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring high levels of satisfaction.




- Meet individual KPIs and performance goals.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Required Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, Sales Support, Account Coordination, or Program Coordination .
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
- Customer-focused with a sales-oriented mindset.
- Experience using CRM systems and internal business tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) .
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience
- Inside Sales or Customer Support experience in a BPO, technology, manufacturing, or service environment.
- Experience with lead management, customer follow-up, and sales coordination.
- Familiarity with service contracts, software solutions, or custome
