About the Role

We're looking for a relationship-focused construction sales professional who can own the entire client
journey — from the first inquiry all the way through a signed construction agreement. You'll be just as
comfortable earning a homeowner's trust over a conversation as you are reviewing plans, putting
together a conceptual budget, shaping a clear scope of work, and following up consistently until the
deal closes. If you love the mix of relationship-building and technical know-how that residential
remodeling sales demands, this role is built for you.

What You'll Do

• Manage the full sales cycle for residential remodeling and design-build projects, from first contact
to signed agreement.
• Build genuine trust and rapport with homeowners throughout the buying process.
• Review residential construction plans and prepare accurate preliminary and conceptual budgets.
• Develop clear, well-structured scopes of work in collaboration with the estimating and production
teams.
• Deliver polished presentations and confidently negotiate terms with prospective clients.




• Track and manage leads through the CRM, keeping the sales pipeline organized and up to date.
• Follow up consistently and proactively to keep projects moving toward close.
• Represent the company's brand and values in every client interaction, in person and in writing.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of professional sales experience.
• 3+ years of experience in residential remodeling, construction estimating, or design-build sales.
• Ability to read residential construction plans and prepare preliminary estimates.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
• Hands-on experience managing a CRM and sales pipeline.
• Marketing, networking, or business development experience is a plus.
• Experience with JobTread, Buildertrend, CoConstruct, or similar construction management
softwar
