Description:

Position Summary
We are seeking a resource to support the CIO Business Management team by managing financial requests and contract-related activities across the organization. This role will ensure the timely processing of expense requests, coordinate contract workflows, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to support the team's financial operations.

Location:
Fully Remote Mexico position
Candidates must be located in Mexico to be considered

Key Responsibilities
Manage expense requests and monitor contract status throughout the approval lifecycle.
Partner with Project Managers to gather all required information and documentation for financial requests.
Submit expense requests in the appropriate systems, ensuring all supporting documentation and data are accurate and complete.
Coordinate with Procurement, Contracts, and Legal teams to facilitate timely contract reviews, approvals, and execution.
Serve as a subject matter expert and key point of contact for the CIO Funding team on funding processes and contract-related activities.




Build and maintain strong relationships with internal financial stewards and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless funding process and high-quality service.
Track, monitor, and communicate the status of financial requests and contracts to stakeholders as needed.

Contract confirmed until EOY
Possibility of extensions and/or FTE conversion
