Position: Salesforce Technical Lead
Location: Mexico (Hybrid in Mexico City (Paseo de la Reforma 250, Juárez, Cuauhtémoc, 06600 Ciudad de México, 1 or 2 days per month in the office)

Role Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Developer Tech Lead with strong expertise in Agentforce Salesforce Data Cloud, Apex, and LWC. The role combines deep technical delivery with leadership, owning design, code quality, and end-to-end implementation of AI-enabled Salesforce solutions

Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical design, development, and code reviews for Salesforce solutions
- Build and implement Agentforce AI agent prompts, grounding RAG and custom agent actions
- Design and deliver Salesforce Data Cloud solutions: ingestion, modelling, activation
- Develop high-quality solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, and Flows
- Own delivery across the SDLC: design, build, test, deploy, and production support




- Mentor developers and enforce Salesforce best practices, security, and performance standards

Required Skills Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, and Salesforce core platform
- Proven experience implementing Agentforce in real business use cases
- Practical experience with Salesforce Data Cloud in enterprise environments
- Experience as a Tech Lead: design ownership, code reviews, and team guidance
- Comfortable working in Agile delivery models

Required Salesforce Certifications
- Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist
- Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I

Preferred Nice to Have
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
- JavaScript Developer I
- Integration experience with REST APIs and MuleSoft
- CICD and Salesforce DX experience
