We're looking for a Virtual Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across a growing residential real estate portfolio. You will be the operational point of contact for tenants, vendors, and contractors — managing maintenance coordination, rent collection follow-ups, leasing support, move-ins and move-outs, and all the documentation and communication that keeps a multi-property portfolio running cleanly.
This role has a hard language requirement. You must be fully fluent in both English and Spanish, written and spoken. A significant portion of tenant and vendor communication happens in Spanish and there is no workaround for this. If you are highly organized, genuinely bilingual, comfortable handling difficult conversations professionally, and take pride in keeping operations tight across multiple moving parts, this role is a strong fit.

What You'll Work On
Tenant Communication and Support
Respond to tenant inquiries via phone, text, email, and WhatsApp in both English and Spanish
Handle difficult tenant conversations professionally and with a solutions-first approach
Communicate with Section 8 and Housing Authority representatives as needed
Assist with leasing coordination and tenant screening
Maintenance and Vendor Coordination
Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with vendors and contractors through to resolution
Track open work orders and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Help source and manage vendors for repairs and renovations
Escalate urgent pr
