Senior Email Marketing Manager
Plant A Insights Group is seeking an experienced, strategic Senior Email Marketing Manager to lead and scale our email, lifecycle, and B2B outreach efforts. This role owns end-to-end email strategy—from transactional and lifecycle systems to growth campaigns and B2B lead generation—ensuring best-in-class deliverability, performance, and customer experience.
You will partner closely with executive leadership, Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to design and execute sophisticated campaign strategies that drive pipeline growth, conversion, retention, and long-term customer value. This role is adecuado for a hands-on leader who combines technical depth with strategic vision, stays current with modern email and CRM best practices, and enjoys building scalable systems.

ResponsibilitiesEmail, Lifecycle & Transactional Systems
Own the strategy, architecture, and execution of all email marketing initiatives, including transactional, lifecycle, and campaign-based email programs across B2B audiences.
Lead the setup, optimization,



and ongoing management of transactional B2B email systems , ensuring reliability, compliance, deliverability, and performance at scale.
Manage and optimize ESP infrastructure, including SendGrid and other enterprise ESPs , as well as CRM integrations with Zoho CRM .
Establish and enforce email best practices around authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), list hygiene, deliverability monitoring, and compliance.
Campaign Strategy & Planning
Develop comprehensive campaign planning frameworks that align email, CRM, content, and revenue objectives.
Design and oversee lifecycle journeys, automated workflows, and one-off campaigns supporting lead acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention.
Lead advanced segmentation, personalization, and dynamic content strategies across prospect and client cohorts.
Drive continuous optimization through structured testing (A/B and multivariate), experimentation, and performance analysis.
