We're looking for a TikTok Shop and E-Commerce Manager to own and scale the TikTok Shop presence and broader e-commerce ecosystem for a fast-growing better-for-you snack brand. You will manage TikTok Shop end to end, run creator and affiliate programs with a direct focus on revenue, launch and optimize paid ads across multiple platforms, and expand what works on TikTok into Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, Faire, and other wholesale channels.
This is a senior, execution-focused role. You must come in as a TikTok expert with a proven track record of driving revenue through TikTok Shop. This is not a role for someone learning TikTok on the job. If you have built TikTok Shop into a meaningful revenue channel before, understand the full stack from creator strategy to paid ads to listing optimization, and can operate without established processes, this role is a strong fit.

What You'll Work On
TikTok Shop Ownership
Own TikTok Shop end to end including product listings, pricing, promotions, storefront management, and creator strategy
Drive revenue through both organic content and paid ads on TikTok
Manage and scale the creator and affiliate program with a clear focus on sales output, not just content volume
Expand successful TikTok strategies into other e-commerce channels as they are proven
Paid Advertising
Launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising across TikTok, Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, Google Ads, and other relevant channels
Monitor and improve key performance metrics including ROAS,
