Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The specialist will drive outreach to manufacturers, retailers, and hotel brands, nurture leads, and manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through closing. Day-to-day activities include conducting virtual meetings, preparing tailored proposals, and maintaining accurate CRM records. The role also involves developing and executing marketing campaigns, coordinating with the design team to position collections effectively,



and analyzing performance metrics to refine sales and marketing strategies. The specialist will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and contribute ideas to expand market presence and client relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong English Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present design concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Customer Service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships and responding promptly to inquiries and feedback.
- Sales expertise, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals in B2B or creative industries.
- Training and Sales Management abilities to guide internal teams or partners on sales processes, best practices, and product positioning.
