Sales Representative | B2B Services | Business Development | Client Success
We are looking for a driven, customer-focused, and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team and support U.S.-based organizations in the Insurance, Technology, Professional Services, SaaS, and B2B Services industries.
This role is adecuado for sales professionals who are passionate about building relationships, identifying business opportunities, and helping clients solve complex business challenges through consultative selling. You'll play a key role in generating new business, managing the sales pipeline, and delivering an outstanding customer experience from the first conversation through closing.

What You'll Do

Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outbound and inbound sales activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs, challenges,



and business objectives.
Present and demonstrate service solutions tailored to each client's requirements.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM platforms.
Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and Leadership teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and sales documentation.
Negotiate pricing, service agreements, and commercial terms.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
Build long-term partnerships through exceptional customer service and account management.
