HR Technology role with 3-5 years of relevant experience. May have associate degree. Work under general guidelines, responsible for employee information process and maintaining employee records on HRIS. Assists in HRIS design and system development. Prepares and/or supervises statistical summaries and special reports from HRIS involving skills, pay grade, performance data, payroll information, and other employee records. May assist in the development of systems specifications, design and development from the end user perspective.
