**Job Title: Investment Management Manager**

**As Investment Management Manager you will**:
- Support the local implementation for Strategic Asset Allocation and Tactical Asset Allocation positioning with the Asset Manager selected
- Monitor portfolios on credit risk, interest rate risk and currency risk exposure. Coordinate with AM corrective trades to solve any deviation from guidelines
- Set-up appropriate ISDAs and IMAs where deemed appropriate.
- Establish guidelines and ensure compliance with Group governance standards (ZRP)
- Ensure all regulatory requirements in relation to the tied asset pools and coverage.
- Coordinate BU’s monthly and quarterly Investment Committee required by Mexican regulation
- Prepare documents to support the development of investment recommendations
- Lead, supported by IAA, local finance teams, and external Ams adequate outsourcing of asset classes, and where applicable, sufficient resources/staffing/skill set for in-sourced mandates




**Your skills and experience**:
- 5+ years of experience.
- Experience in the implementation and oversight of investment portfolios
- Fluent written and spoken English
