POSITION OBJECTIVE
Support business decisions with Finance reports & KPIs
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Build financial reports.
Analyze financial performance vs planning exercise and presente.
Support business partners from all areas (production, quality, engineering, planning, logistic, management, human ressources, security, maintenance,...)
Perform month end journal entries and account reconciliation.
Participate in the Budget / Forecast planning exercises.
Collaborate with finance team in Canada, Juarez and Austria.
Prepare and advise business on investment project.
Work on lean strategy and optimization of financial process.
Present financial information.
Follow BRP values and behaviors.
Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics.
Enforce Quality BRP policys.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
English
Bilingual writing skills
SAP, TM1 Capabilities
Excel Analysis skills
Reporting and communication skills
Microsoft suite software
**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance.
**Experience**:
Min. 2-5 years in finance area
**Language**:
Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.
**English written and verbal (Min**: 80%).




Knowledge of French or German is an advantage
