**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Utilize Test Metrics and Reporting to track and communicate testing progress and outcomes.
- Leverage SNOW for efficient incident and problem management during the testing process.
- Employ various Testing Tools and Frameworks to execute and manage test cases.
- Perform Manual E2E BPA to validate business processes and ensure they meet specified requirements.
- Use Rally to manage and track testing tasks and progress.
- Utilize HP ALM for test management including planning execution and reporting.
- Employ Jira for defect tracking and project management.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability.
- Identify document and track defects ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.
- Provide detailed test reports and documentation to stakeholders.
**Qualifications**




- Possess strong experience in Test Metrics and Reporting.
- Have proficiency in using SNOW for incident management.
- Demonstrate expertise in various Testing Tools and Frameworks.
- Show capability in Manual E2E BPA.
- Have experience in Mobile Testing.
- Be proficient in using Rally and HP ALM.
- Have experience with Jira for defect tracking.
- Possess Basic Programming skills.
- Experience in Finance & Accounting is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model with day shifts.
- No travel required.
**Certifications Required**
ISTQB Certified Tester Certified Software Test Professional (CSTP)
