**Knowledge / Skills to**:
- Ensure that machinery, systems, infrastructure, and equipment operate optimally and reliably.
- Conduct and oversee maintenance process audits. This may include selecting and/or purchasing hardware and personal protective equipment.
- Diagnose faults.
- Perform planned maintenance.
- Train staff on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
- Respond to major equipment failures.
- Strategic planning for system reviews and updates.




- Supervise other engineers and technical staff.
- Procurement, testing, and commissioning of specialized components, accessories, or fittings.
- Establish and monitor maintenance KPIs (OEE / MTBF, MTTR, Downtime).
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Understand how helium recovery equipment operates.
- Analyze machinery parts needed for inventory maintenance.
- Create and manage purchase orders.
**Profile**:
Electromechanical / Electrical Engineer responsible for coordinating the department and capable of analyzing and solving problems with equipment.
