We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Rep to join our Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, pricing, status of orders and follow ups.
- Accurately enter customer purchase orders in the system.
- Follow ups on open order, lead times and ship dates.
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues and management.
- Active listening to understand customer needs and concerns.
- Accurately document customer interactions in CRM Software.
- Resolve issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to senior team members or management.
Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, international business, or logistics.




- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Person with a high sense of responsibility
- Focused on results and working under pressure
