Role Summary
The Google Ads Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Google Ads campaigns across a subset of client accounts. The idóneo candidate is passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences, displays an aptitude for task management, and possesses in-depth knowledge of Google Ads. This role requires a proven track record of successfully managing campaigns across multiple clients simultaneously with a total budget exceeding $1M per year.

- Achieving increased lead volume and reduced cost-per-lead for client accounts.
- Finding new opportunities to improve campaign performance through data-driven analysis and innovative strategies.
- Acting as a product expert both internally and client-facing, while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and Google Ads best practices.
- Providing effective communication and reporting to clients and internal stakeholders regarding campaign performance and insights.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns across 40-60 accounts with a total budget of $50,000-$150,000 per month.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and advise on landing page optimization to maximize campaign performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
