Core Description The Legacy Systems Migration Developer is responsible for leading and supporting a critical database migration initiative, including the redesign and migration of Microsoft Access front-end applications and data into modern enterprise systems. This role works closely with other development staff, IT staff, and Product teams to ensure data integrity, continuity of business operations, and delivery of scalable solutions.

Areas of Focus Accountable to the Director, Software Development and internal stakeholders and is responsible for contributing to the creation and upkeep of software solutions.

Operational

Create, develop, manage, and maintain applications.
Set specifications for new applications in conjunction with the Product Manager, Data Services Team and Infrastructure Team.
Write high quality source code to program complete applications.
Develop functional and non-functional testing as part of the development lifecycle for the Enterprise applications.
