IT System / SOC2 Program Administrator

About the Role
We are seeking a Microsoft 365 Administrator to manage and support our Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring it remains secure, reliable, compliant, and efficient for all users. This role is responsible for the administration of Microsoft 365 services, endpoint management, identity and access management, security operations, and the day-to-day operation of our SOC 2 compliance program. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining our security posture, supporting audits, monitoring control effectiveness, and driving continuous improvement across our IT and compliance processes.

What You'll Do
Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft Defender.
Manage user accounts, licenses, permissions, security groups, and access requests.
Configure and maintain security, compliance, retention, and device management policies.




Support end users by troubleshooting issues and ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to perform their roles effectively.
Manage and support corporate devices through Intune and related endpoint management technologies.
Monitor the health, security, and performance of the Microsoft 365 environment and provide regular reporting.
Conduct user access reviews and ensure access aligns with employee status and job responsibilities.
Assess and respond to security incidents, vulnerabilities, phishing attacks, and other cybersecurity threats.
Review and implement security recommendations from Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, and Defender portals.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and managed service providers to resolve issues and improve services.
Utilize PowerShell, Power Automate, and other automation tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Support the administration and operation of the company's SOC 2 compliance program.
