Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – Mexico
About the Role:
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for driving sales growth, strengthening market execution, and supporting distributor success across Mexico. This role focuses on commercial leadership, distributor performance, and brand execution, working closely with Marketing, Digital, and Customer Experience teams to accelerate business results.

The RSM leads commercial strategy in the market by guiding distributor teams, tracking performance, and executing sales and marketing initiatives that grow revenue, brand presence, and market penetration. This position requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of the Mexican consumer and sales environment.

Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets (Gross Sales, Net Sales, and In-Market Sales).
Track, analyze, and improve key commercial KPIs.
Partner with distributors to ensure optimal market coverage, product assortment, pricing, and merchandising.
Support the execution of commercial plans, including promotions, activations,



product launches, and marketing campaigns.
Conduct monthly business reviews using sales data, distributor performance, and market insights.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging across distributor and field communications.
Provide training, materials, and guidance to distributor sales teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor leadership and field teams.
Clearly communicate commercial priorities and performance expectations.
Track execution, provide feedback, and drive accountability across the distributor network.
Support commercial negotiations when needed (pricing, programs, promotions).
Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for the Mexico market.
Lead, coach, and influence distributor commercial teams to achieve MONAT’s growth goals.
