We are seeking an entry-level Hotel Asset Management Analyst to join our Mexico City team. This position is idóneo for early-career professionals with strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in hospitality, finance, and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze hotel financial and operational performance.
- Prepare and monitor reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Track KPIs, including Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, GOP, and Flow Through.
- Support the preparation of presentations for owners and investors.
- Conduct market and competitive benchmarking analyses.
- Consolidate and analyze operational and financial information.
- Participate in projects related to asset management, hotel development, and branded residences.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant experience.




- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Advanced or intermediate-advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
- Solid PowerPoint skills for executive presentations.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (professional working capability).
- High level of organization and proactivity.
- Ability to work on-site in Mexico City.

Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or professional experience in hospitality, revenue management, finance, or consulting.
- Basic knowledge of hotel KPIs and financial analysis.
- Interest in real estate, investment, or hospitality.
