We're looking for a Billing Administrator to join our Finance team in Mexico City .
As our Billing Administrator , you'll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance,
and efficiency of our billing processes. You'll be responsible for managing the complete billing cycle while supporting regulatory compliance and contributing to an exceptional customer experience.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Manage the end-to-end billing process, including invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and invoice cancellations in compliance with SAT 4.0 and company policies.
- Reconcile billing and accounting information to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax regulations.
- Manage billing transactions through the SAT portal and maintain accurate documentation.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies by working closely with internal stakeholders and customers.
- Ensure timely and accurate revenue recognition through proper billing administration.
