We are seeking an experienced GitHub CI/CD Consultant to support a leading banking client in modernizing and automating software delivery processes within its Hogan Mainframe environment.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of modern DevOps practices and core banking technology, partnering with general teams and key stakeholders to design and implement automated code migration pipelines that support critical banking systems.
What You'll Do
As a trusted advisor, you will play a key role in establishing and optimizing GitHub-based CI/CD capabilities for the bank's Hogan ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Design, build, and implement code migration pipelines using GitHub and CI/CD best practices
✅ Automate code movement across environments and regions, including production deployment processes




✅ Support the migration and release management lifecycle within the Hogan mainframe landscape
✅ Collaborate with the bank's internal Hogan teams and coordinate remote support activities during project ramp-up and delivery
✅ Partner with stakeholders in Mexico to deliver automation and pipeline advisory services
✅ Work closely with the bank's GitHub Center of Excellence team in India to align on standards, governance, and implementation approaches
✅ Provide expert guidance on DevOps processes, deployment strategies, and pipeline optimization
✅ Deliver timely, high-quality recommendations and technical advisory outputs
Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have
✔️ Hands-on experience with GitHub and GitHub CI/CD Pipelines
✔️ Strong understanding of COBOL development environments
✔️ Fluency in both English and Spanish
✔️ Experience designing and implementing deployment automation solutions
