The Mission You are the strategic brain, the trend whisperer, and the ultimate data detective behind SARELLY. This isn’t about making boring Excel sheets about past performance; it’s about figuring out what is going to happen next .
Your mission is to translate internet chaos—social signals, creator drama, TikTok algorithms, and cultural shifts—into real, actionable moves. You are the person who constantly answers: What are Gen Z Latinas obsessing over this week? Who is the next big creator? What should inspire the next season of Drama en la Chamba?You make sure we create content people actually want to watch, share, and buy.

Your Day-to-Day (The Mastermind Energy)
- Social Intelligence (The Matrix): You own SARELLY’s social analytics ecosystem. You’ll deep-dive into IG, TikTok, and YouTube to decode why a piece of content went viral, not just what happened. You'll build clean,



visual dashboards that tell a story to leadership.
- Cultural Intelligence (Trend Hunter): You live on the internet. You track Gen Z Latina conversations, memes, aesthetics, and behaviors daily. You’ll find emerging creators before they hit 1M followers and identify the exact cultural moments SARELLY needs to hijack.
- Social Listening & Fandom Sentiment: You monitor what people say about us, our competitors, and the beauty industry. You’ll detect what products our community is begging for next and catch any pain points before they become a issue.
- Creative Strategy Partner: You are the analytical match for our creative team. You don't say "no" to crazy ideas; you use data, historical benchmarks, and retention analysis to make those crazy ideas 10x stronger and hyper-effective .
