SINBON MX is looking for a Logistics / Import-Export Specialist to join our team in San Luis Potosí . This position supports international trade and logistics operations by coordinating import and export activities, maintaining IMMEX compliance, monitoring logistics expenses, and ensuring timely and efficient shipment management.

Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with import/export requirements.
Maintain and organize foreign trade records, including import and export documentation, in accordance with IMMEX program requirements and Mexican Customs regulations.
Monitor, validate, and record logistics-related expenses while supporting cost control and financial reporting.
Serve as the main point of contact with customs brokers, freight forwarders,



and internal departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Review and manage documentation related to USMCA Certificates of Origin and foreign trade compliance.
Assist in continuous improvement initiatives related to logistics and international trade processes.

Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field required.
~2 to 3 years of experience in Import/Export, IMMEX operations, or related internships.
~ Conversational English required.
~ Familiarity with USMCA origin analysis and Certificates of Origin.
~ Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
