Accountant | US & Mexico Accounting | QuickBooks Expert | Cross-Border Financial Operations
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our growing finance team. This role is ideal for professionals with experience supporting U.S.-based companies while operating from Mexico, combining expertise in accounting, financial reporting, and compliance with both Mexican tax regulations and U.S. accounting practices.
The idóneo candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience working with QuickBooks, and the ability to manage financial processes in a fast-paced, international environment. Experience supporting industries such as Insurance, Finance, Professional Services, Real Estate, Healthcare, or Technology is highly valued.

What You'll Do
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliations.
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Maintain financial records in accordance with U.S. accounting standards and Mexican tax regulations.




Perform account reconciliations and ensure data accuracy.
Process journal entries, accruals, and month-end/year-end closing activities.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Assist with financial audits and ensure compliance with internal controls.
Collaborate with external accountants, auditors, and tax advisors.
Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports.
Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes through automation and technology.
Support cross-border financial operations between the United States and Mexico.
