Responsibilities
- Manage creative projects from concept through completion, serving as the central point of contact for cross-functional partners.
- Gather project requirements and design direction to effectively brief creative teams and ensure the seamless transfer of all required assets and information.
- Allocate resources and oversee tasks, timelines, priorities, and specialized production requirements with strong attention to detail.
- Guide projects through all phases, from concept to final delivery, by developing structured plans with realistic milestones, while proactively adapting and resolving challenges as they arise.




- Foster a collaborative environment that keeps stakeholders aligned with shared strategic objectives.
- Promote clear, transparent communication across all cross-functional teams.
- Adhere to established workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure all deliverables meet service standards and client expectations.
- Manage financial reconciliation processes to ensure alignment with departmental budgets and financial objectives.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project roadmaps and schedules within workflow management tools, including routing proofs and tracking feedback to support timely delivery.
- Implement and uphold rigorous quality control standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor resource allocation to ensure projects remain within approved budget parameters.
