Security & Compliance Product Owner to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of critical enterprise services across messaging, identity, collaboration, and compliance. This role within the Collaboration Platform Engineering (CPE) team is responsible for ensuring resilient, secure, and compliant capabilities spanning Microsoft 365 Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Entra ID, eDiscovery, legal hold, SMTP relay, and Proofpoint mail security.

The idóneo candidate is a seasoned product leader with deep hands-on expertise in mail flow, Teams collaboration, identity, compliance, and security controls, strong command of SAFe Agile delivery practices, and proven experience balancing platform reliability, risk management, and business enablement. You will serve as the voice of the customer, drive platform modernization and governance, and own the product strategy for enterprise mail, collaboration, identity, and compliance services.
