For more than 14 years, Ironwall by Incogni has helped protect high-profile individuals, executives, public servants, and organizations from online threats including data exposure, fraud, cybercrime, and physical security risks.
As a Privacy Specialist, you'll play an important role in helping safeguard our clients' digital footprints. You'll research online sources, identify sensitive personal information, manage client accounts, and work with internal teams to deliver a high-quality privacy protection service.
This is a detail-oriented role that requires strong judgment, reliability, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information with care.
If you want to:
Research online sources to identify and remove sensitive personal information;
Manage client accounts and privacy protection requests from start to finish;




Communicate professionally with clients through email, phone, and chat;
Provide clear updates and resolve client questions or concerns;
Investigate and troubleshoot complex cases, escalating issues when needed;
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports in internal systems;
Collaborate with teammates and other departments to improve processes and client outcomes;
Help protect people's privacy and reduce the risks associated with sensitive information being publicly available online.
