**In your new role you will**:
- **Generate **informed **insights **through data to steer business decisions
- **Analyze **sales & marketing **business performance **based on deployed KPI’s
- Conduct a thorough **root cause analysis **& then **provide recommendations **and alternative strategies to drive a solution
- Succinctly **describe opportunity statements **& communicate outcomes in an **easy to understand **way
- Identify ways to **optimize regional support **and **drive continuous improvements **with general process and KPI owners to serve the sales & marketing community
**You are best equipped for this task if you have**:
- **Bachelor’s degree **in business administration, marketing or related field
- **1-3 years of experience **as a business analyst or related role
- Strong **problem-solving **mindset and **analytical **acumen
- Strong understanding of **data structure, logic and modeling **, including experience with Business Intelligence tools (preferably **Tableau **)
- Familiar with core **sales processes **and related reporting requirements
- Excellent **communication **and presentation skills




- Strong **collaboration **skills to work in a team environment
- Self-motivated and well organized
- Experience in the semiconductor or related industries is a plusFluent in English
