**Position Responsibilities**
- Analyze invoicing portals.
- Work with customers who have special requirements to pay invoices.
- Work with internal departments to resolve product returns, shipping inquiries or any situation that affects the customer’s invoices.
- Ensure invoices are correctly issued.
**Minimum Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree.
- **Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms preferred.**
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.




- System programming skills in programs like SQL and Blue Prism **preferred.**
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
