**MAIN OBJECTIVE**:
Analyze large data sets to identify trends and patterns.
Communicate results to other team members and stakeholders.
Turn data into information, information into insights, and insights into business decisions.
**RESPONSABILITIES**:
- Capture data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases and data systems.
- Filter and clean data by reviewing digital and printed reports.
- Use statistical tools and techniques to identify patterns and trends.
- Provide support and recommendations based on data to improve performance.
- Identify areas of opportunity to improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality.
- Design, develop, and deploy**Power BI**solutions.
- Create attractive and understandable data graphics to present analysis results.
- Communicate analysis results to other team members and stakeholders.
- Present analysis results clearly and concisely to the company for better business decisions.
- Prepare periodic reports.
- Oversee proper functionality of SAP Incident Management, Intelex, and other HSS platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience and offering technical support to address any issues promptly.




- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the field of data analysis.
- Document processes according to the company's established management systems.
- Adhere to the work plans defined for the Technology and Improvement team.
- Collaborate in the development of training materials and safety moments.
- Identify and promote best practices in the area.
- Support the development of new projects and technologies.
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with departments, such as, Internal Communication, External Communication, Information Technology (IT) and Operations Technology (OT).
- Conduct periodic follow-up meetings with the HSS Improvement and Technology Leader.
- Perform tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
**MAIN REQUIRIMENTS**:
- Minimum of two years of related experience.
- Industrial Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Data Science or related field.
- Proficient oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Availability to travel.
