Principales responsabilidades
**Major accountabilities**:
- Develop and maintain the outputs / deliverables as per the business/stakeholders requirements in accordance with the agreed standard process and timelines with mínimal guidance for assigned projects
- Responsible for implementing price/product changes and removals thru SCOUT and monitoring the approval process of contracts and pricing to ensure timely customer system notification.
- Responsible for loading proactive changes across all customer accounts thru SCOUUT; NDC transitions, NDC deletions, price adjustments, etc.
- Partners with chargeback,



rebates and collections associates to resolve contract-related discrepancies and propose potential measures to prevent reoccurrence. Reviews and resolves customer chargebacks when resolution is needed
- Liaise with stakeholders on project schedule/planning of deliverables
- Works independently. Interfaces with all levels of management, influencing to build consensus. Work is focused on supporting of strategic goals.

- Responds to requests in a timely manner
- Able to handle a wide range of ad hoc requests
- Meets all required customer deadlines
**Education**:
- BA/BS required;
**Experience**:
- prior work experience in related areas.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- SAP and Salesforce basic knowledge preferred.
- Financial Analysis and negotiation experience a plus.
- Understanding of Retail Pharmacies, Wholesaler/Distributors and Group Purchasing Organizations. Generic and/or Pharmaceutical Industry Experience preferred.
- Able to work with mínimal supervision in a strong team environment.
