What You'll Be Doing:
As a Claims Administrator,



you'll play an important role in protecting customer interests and supporting international logistics operations by:
Investigating cargo and freight claims
Reviewing documentation to determine claim validity and company liability
Communicating with customers, insurance companies, surveyors, and business partners
Tracking claims, legal cases, and operational records
Staying current on logistics, transportation, and insurance regulations
Supporting the Sales team with cargo insurance opportunities
Developing strong analytical and problem-solving skills within a global logistics environment

Who We're Looking For:
✅ Bachelor's degree in International Business, General Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, Law, Business Administration, or related field
✅ Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
✅ Good communication and organizational skills
✅ Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
✅ Interest in international
