Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Paralegal – Remote LATAM
Location : Remote – Latin America
Position : Full-Time position
We are seeking an experienced Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Paralegal based in Latin America to provide post-filing support to a U.S. law firm.
Prepare Chapter 13 plans, amendments, modifications, motions, responses, and related documents for attorney review.
Maintain accurate case records, calendars, and digital files.
Advanced written and spoken English.
Experience with bankruptcy software, PACER, or CM/ECF is preferred.
