We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and highly organized Customer Service & Community Coordinator to become an extension of our team. This individual will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping create an exceptional customer experience through positive communication, gratitude, and proactive follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls professionally and courteously.
Take detailed messages and communicate them promptly to the appropriate team members.
Build and manage a process to collect customer satisfaction feedback on a quarterly basis.
Engage customers and invite them to join the company's Facebook community.
Create and post relevant content to help grow and maintain community engagement.
Prepare and send invoices as needed.
Follow up on past-due invoices and assist with collections in a professional manner.
Maintain accurate records and ensure all administrative tasks are completed with attention to detail.
Support the team with additional customer service and administrative duties as needed.

Be comfortable handling multiple tasks and priorities.
Be proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently.
Have experience in customer service, administrative support, or community management (preferred).
Be comfortable using phone systems, social media platforms, and basic office software.
